Welcome to our journey!

Follow the Meshaw family as we travel down the road to Rift Valley Academy in Kijabe, Kenya.  Yes folks, that’s in Africa.  We looked it up….7640.38 miles from Wilmington, NC where both Amy and I grew up. How did I come up with that number you ask.  I googled it.  I tried to look up how far it would be to walk, but it wouldn’t let me.  From here on out the hope for our blog will be to keep all of our support team, and of course anyone else who wants to read, up-to-date on what step we’re at in our journey.  We hope you enjoy.  By the way, I just looked back at that 7640.38 number….that’s really far away 🙂
